- Answer Hello Leandro! Thanks for your interest in our product. We are not aware of availability in Aventura stores since Best Buy is the only physical location that 's an official vendor with Mobvoi. This includes for our warranty validity as well. If you were speaking of Best Buy itself, then the Ticwatch E and S may be available in a store near you! Alternatively, if can be ordered for you and shipped to a store or your home. Mobvoi Team

- Answer Hello smartwatchshopping, You may both read and send texts from the Ticwatch S. Please note, not all messaging apps support this, the most popular working option is "Messages". Also, this only functions on Android devices. Apple iOS devices may give a notification update, but it does not allow the full reading or sending of SMS texts (or the making/picking up of calls) from the watch. Sincerely, Mobvoi Team
