• Best Buy is terrific about replacing defects if it's just a few months old. They looked mine up in the store and replaced on the spot with smiling faces.

• Goes back to the manufacturer. However, the expense of shipping will most likely be your responsibility. Call the Distributor and make sure you get a RA (Return Authorization) number for reference. They sometimes will send a shipping label in the mail to defer your costs since it was defective.
