“Charger not working Hello, this charger has stopped working when moved certain ways, as if a wire is loose. It's less than a year old (purchased in January) and I use at work late in the day for a recharge before heading home. I do not have my receipt or the box, although I'm sure I could find it on my credit card statement. Please advise how I can go about receiving a new replacement cord. Thank you.”
