Yes you can. I currently have one on my phone with this case on.

I installed a ZAGG glassnshield on mine and it works fine. It may depend on the shield you use.

My bad I answered the question for a different phone case but I don't see why you can't have a screen protector with this case

Yes you can but I don't think that it's necessary since it comes with its own screen protector and even the instructions say to remove any screen protectors :)
