“Volume control? I got my Modal Bluetooth speaker about 2 hours ago, and I charged it fully. The volume is barely recognizable, and the volume on both my laptop and phone are full blast. I tried attaching an Audio Cord and that was even worse. Why is the volume so bad? Bluetooth and AUX cord won't improve it”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.On the top of the speaker toward the back are two symbols, a + and -. they will make it louder or quieter if you push on them. Set your volume to about 50 percent and it should work fine. I had the same problem until I figured that out.
