• No, you can't charge it on the back. Only has one charging port. If you have Geek Squad, they can replace it. If not, try the company (if it hadn't been a year) they can either repair or replace.

• That is an audio plug, so you could plug in your MP# player/device if it did not have Bluetooth. Guess you need to send it in for repair...:-(
