.. yes, but you cannot put a picture in it. Unless of course your Westinghouse has picture-in-picture.

It's quite possible but you would need to test it. If the signal strength is strong in your area and there is NO metal on the picture frame at all you may have success. This is one of those questions where you need to buy it, try it and return it if you don't get the desired results since antenna are all about location. We find that placement in a window is typically the best spot for ideal reception. Nothing but glass between the towers and the antenna. Happy cord cutting!
