I'm using it on a Sony - XBR X850D Series 75" Class - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV and it seems to work well. Just need to use the channel search feature of the TV to find the available channels. Resolution isn't 4K but the TV seems to scale the picture well.

They are fairly inexpensive and can be found at electronics stores or online.
