An antenna would only be needed if you intend to use over-the-air broadcast stations.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well....cause antennas pull in signals for FREE! Once you pay for the antenna that's it! No monthly bill. Make sure you are in an area where you are able to pull in the desired signals and remember, you won't get stations like ESPN, CNN, Disney, ect. But you CAN add a streaming device to your home and download the apps for the cable/satellite stations you can't live without and stream content! I got rid of cable 3+ years ago and have saved (counting my Hulu and Netflix subscription) over $4000! Since all the shows I love are on Netflix ($10.99/mo) and/or Hulu ($5.99/mo) I don't miss surfing all those many, many, unneeded channels at all!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Of course you don't.... unless, local channels are not included in your cable package, for some reason. The whole point of the indoor antenna is to save money by cutting your cable.
