• Yes, reception is very good where I am (right over Queens border on Long Island) for all the Spanish-language channels (Telemundo, Univision, etc.)

• This totally depends on if Spanish programming is being broadcast within the reception range of the antenna. The antenna only pulls in the programming/channels that is being transmitted in your area.
