• Yes. Although, which and how many channels you receive all depends on how close you are to those broadcasters.

• You need to make sure that your TV has an ATSC or digital tuner built in. Most tv's made prior to 2009 do not have them but some do. Please reach out to Vizio, give them the model number and have them verify this for you. If there is no digital tuner you will need a converter box.
