- Answer That's what I had to do, but only because I haven't a tech bone in my body. Within ten minutes the Geek Squad guy had it going. My brother did his own with only one problem- he wanted to set up a TV in his metal shop: too much metal! So he put it on the roof under a little eave. Voila! Football in his shop now. This is a great solution for a very reasonable price.

- Answer If you do not have any windows in the room. the next best place is an outside wall. Place the antenna high on the wall. Do not place near metal structures within the house. This antenna comes with tabs and pins to secure it to any surface.

QuestionHow does this "Jolt" amplifier switch located? I don't see it in the photos.

- Answer Hi Cathy, there is a on and off switch on the side of the Jolt Switch amplifier unit. I would send you a photo, but this system doesn't allow for it. QuestionFor the boster to work..It states plug the usb cord into the usb tv port. My tv doesn't have a usb port. The directions states you can pug it into a ac adapter. Every ac adapter I'm finding has a charger built in. What kind of ac adapter do I need?

- Answer Hi Cathy! There are hook & loop tabs included with the antenna. You will stick one side to the antenna, one side to the window and mount it in the optimal position for signal reception.
