• No. Your computer does not have a tuner in it To receive tv stations nor does it have the Proper connector on the back for the cable To screw into

• If you have a tv tuner on your pc. Alot of times you can buy and external tv tuner that plugs into you hdmi on your pc and has a coaxial plug on the other end which the antenna plugs into. By itself you can not plug it into you pc for live tv. It only has a coaxial cable to run to the tv.

• If your computer currently receives live network TV channels, this will enhance the reception otherwise, it's not going to turn your computer into a TV. It's an antenna only, not a receiver or satellite dish.
