• The bottom of the box has the "UL" logo with "listed" beneath and "c" on the left, US on the right of the UL within the circle. Can't tell you more than that.

• Yes it is UL and CE approved and labeled. It is on the bottom of the box

• Yes it is UL listed. Not sure about CE.
