“Hello, Can someone tell me how can I connect my TV cable wire into the Monster Surge Protector and where or how does the cable wire connect to the cable box or TV. So I can get everything to work? Thank you, feeling real dumb right now!!!”

You connect the cable wire into the "IN" thread of the unit. Then you connect a separate coaxial cable from the "OUT" thread of the unit to your cable box.
