• The apple care is usually attached to the product that you purchased that qualified for it. I am a Best Buy Total Tech member and I get it free with my apple purchases on most items.

• Yes it is free for 24 months from the date of purchase through Best Buy Geek Squad when you purchase the Best Buy Total Tech membership. Best Buy is an authorized Apple dealer & repair facility. The best thing about the Total Tech membership is that it also covers your other technical purchases like TV’s, phones, computers, & printers that you purchase through Best Buy. I totally recommend it - Geek Squad service is excellent!
