I am not sure, but I thought there was a 1 year warranty on the holder. All you can do is try. I had my first one break after a day. Just normal use, taking it out several times throughout the day. I took it back and it was replaced without any problem.

Please try again later.There is a 1 year manufacturer warranty on the product, but you could take it to the store and see if Mophie is supplying Best Buy with any vendor credit. If they are it might be possible to do an exchange for a new one. If not, there should is both a contact number for Mophie customer service on their website (mophie.com/warranty) and there is also a link to fill out the form online for the warranty.
