- Answer Hello MommyCentric! I just wanted to give you some clarification on the difference between the juice pack plus and juice pack air for the iPhone 6. The juice pack air will give your phone up to 100% extra battery and provide normal protection for your phone. Whereas the juice pack plus has a low-profile design that provides more than 120% extra battery allowing you to power through just about any situation, while the hard exterior shell—along with our proprietary impact-isolation system—protects your phone from heavy impacts and hard falls. QuestionDoes this case have "open" ports? My son has large headphones that need an adapter "plug" If headphones jack port isn't open enough... He then loses the adapter and has to remove case to use headphones.. :(

- Answer No the case does not have any open ports. The hole for the auxiliary port is a bit small and meant to fit slim type headphone cables.

- Answer The gold color is not recommend. I had that first and All of the paint chipped off the phone on the trim around the face of the phone. I returned it and exchanged up to 125% and purchased Matt black- love it.
