I just got this and I’m trying to charge it but the lights don’t stay on to show it’s charging. I think there’s something wrong with it. There are really no instructions. Do the lights come on when charging? null

Same thing plugged it in to Samsung charger and Apple and both times the light flashes for about 30 secs then doesn’t charge... returning it

Yes they do. However, when it’s dead all the say, it takes some time for the lights to come on.

I have the same battery. When you plug-in the battery to charge it, the lights indeed stay on to indicate charging, but then they do shut off after a few seconds. At that point, even though the lights no longer appear, the battery IS still charging. It is not defective. It looks like it’s simply a strange design choice in the part of the manufacturer.
