“I have a trip to Europe and have a all in one adapter and converter plug, it however is not a step down converter. Will I be able to plug this in without frying it? Does it have a 110-220 switch?”

No, this item uses a 5V DC input for charging. You will need a USB AC wall adapter that is compatible with the AC voltages in the countries you are visiting.
