• I am able to fit my wife's iPhone with plastic/TPU case in it. However, that's about as thick as it can go. The key fob for my car is just a little too thick to fit in it (it is a larger fob, for a BMW). For charging I was able to get it to charge the iPhone through that case. Keep in mind for charging you put it inside the sanitizer, it sits on top. You can't sanitize the phone at the same time you're charging it (although the UV cycle only runs for a few minutes anyway).

• Probably not. I had a case on my note 10 plus and i had to remove to make it fit.
