• same thing happened to us, but this morning I called customer service to explain the situation and they offered to email it within 24-48 hours, we got it about an hour or two later. at first it didn't work through the game's store, but it did when we entered it in the regular ps store, hope you can get your code too!

• their suppose to email it to you but no one got it emailed to them. best buy just sent out blank emails
