“Where can I go and buy the end rubber piece that goes in the ear? My rubber piece on the end of the headphones have seemed to disappear. I went to the Best Buy store in hammond LA and they said they could not help me and that they did not know what I should do.”

• Maybe Motorola can help? Also, they seem standard to other headphones of this type so there might be a generic type you could find on the web.

• I would google parts for the specific headphones you are looking for. I have done that with a previous pair and found them without any issues.
