• Unfortunately, Best Buy doesn't carry replacement parts for the 550. Please contact Motorola Support at 800-331-6456 for assistance with this.

• You can call Motorola. They will send you a new set for free.. I've gotten them twice.

• It comes with a second slightly larger in the box, the river covering was kinda like a little plunger so I cut it off flush and have been using it that way for months.
