It depends on your ear shape. When I do not use the ear hook, the device comes loose when turning my head quickly. I just press it back in. Thank goodness, that is not very often.

There's a small/medium lip with an earlobe loop that fits on the inside of the earlobe. I prefer this earpiece option because it is light, comfortable, and stable.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well, that is a good question. I've been using it in the ear, rather than the over the ear clip. It seems secure, but then "pop" out is goes to the floor. I haven't taken the time to switch to a different size of the in the ear piece to see if that makes a difference. I must have sensitive ears, because the in the ear piece begins to hurt after a while. Hope this helps.
