how to get 300ft range from motorola boom null

The range depends on the capacity of both devices being paired. If only one supports a range of up to 300ft, then it's going to be limited to the max range of the weaker of the two devices.

I work in a 3-story 60,000+ sq. ft. building. The construction is medium-quality commercial grade consisting mostly of wood beam framing. The scenario in my case is that I was telling a friend about my Motorola Boom when I flipped the boom and placed it in my ear. As I was talking to my friend, the Boom rang, so I took the call. To my surprise, my iPhone 5 was in my car, three floors down and 200+ feet away! In less spectacular fashion, I commonly use the earpiece in my backyard with the phone 60-100 feet away.

I Did test my motorola bluetooth for 300 ft range and it did live it out. I Had to obstructions or wall in between in an open area during the test.

it does not reach quite 300 feet I do not know why they asvertise that I went through 2 one was the whishper and the other was the boom non of them really worked out for me for I decided to go with the Plantronics and it seems to be working fine

Your phone has to have NFC & Bluetooth enabled to get this kind of range, I have this headset and can be VERY far away from my Phone Without Losing Connections

never heard of 300ft range but I have heard of 30ft range

The range is pretty good and as lone as there is no walls then it will do 300ft, like in a big open area.

Built in as part of the headset, not sure if you can get the full 300' indoors or not. Works anywhere in my house.

I never have to be that far from my phone as I carry it on my holster belt clip always.
