HERE IS WHAT I DO WHEN TRAVELING - I SIGN UP WITH VIBER AND SKYPE. SOME USE MESSENGER. THEN, GET HOOKED UP WITH WIFI AT RESTAURANTS, CAFES, FOR FREE.
