“Why is it refurbished, was it just returned and you guys are selling it again, or was something broken and you had fixed it. If so, what was broken/fixed”

• Refurbished phones are refurbished from the manufacturer so you can't get the answer from Best buy. They just certified it.

• Refurbished phones go through the same inspection process as new phones at the manufacturer and then are distributed for sale
