QuestionFor a disabled person who cannot get out of bed, can he say " answer " and receive calls through speaker? Without having to touch the phone, can he answer, speak, or call and speak?

- Answer Not that I’m aware of. The only way I can initiate an Alexa command is by pressing the Alexa button on the phone.

- Answer Internet Connection is only for Amazon echo service. You do need a landline of some sort. I have it hooked up to OBi200 1Port VoIP Adapter with Google Voice and Fax Support. You can buy this for a round $50. It hooks up to your internet router or switch and gives you free phone service through google voice.
