Does this phone have VoLTE? null

An internet search shows MOTO E4 and newer support VoLTE. I checked on my Moto E (2020 / E7) by dialing *#*#4636#*#* and it shows VoLTE Provisioning on, but I don't know if mine is using it on Consumer Cellular over AT&T.
