• Yes it works with safelink. I'm a SafeLink user and all I had to do was switched him to my SIM and it started working immediately I didn't have to do anything

• Thanks for your interest, Jojo. If you look at our carrier compatibility list here: https://www.motorola.com/us/carrier-compatibility, the Moto E is compatible with Tracfone. But, I would still suggest contacting your preferred carrier to check if the phone will work using their service. - Mike
