“Can this phone be used just to take pictures and then use Wifi at home to upload the photos? I do not want to use it as a phone, but want to have the ability to upload photos easily like I can do with my phone.”

You can take pictures with the phone and then email them to yourself if that's what you mean I mean they're always going to be on your phone unless you delete you can also get put them on Google drive then access them from there cuz they're on there forever you can use any phone like that as long as they're got some kind of cloud service with them or like I said just email them to yourself I know that sounds crazy but it works
