- Answer On my question I posted earlier about the battery being removable or not; one said no; the most recent answer said yes but the battery has a sticker on it saying do not remove. Do any of Motorola's other smart phones sold on Best Buy have a removable battery? I'm interested in a smart phone with a removable battery.

This phone works in and outside the US but can't guarantee that all carrier features will work outside the US as this phone is a US variant and has a different band. I would suggest contacting your preferred service provider to see if this phone will work with their service. We do not encourage customers buying a phone from a different country as the warranty and compatibility are limited to where it was purchased. -Jess

Questionthe carrier compatibility page only lists moto model x, g, and z. is there a page for Moto E4? will this work for Google Fi? Can the memory card store programs as well as data/files? thank you.

- Answer Hi Tom, Thanks for posting. Unfortunately, Moto E4 is not Project Fi compatible https://goo.gl/6fZF5c. As for the memory card, you may only store apps/programs if the card was formatted as internal storage. Data files files may be stored on either internal or portable. Hope this helps. -Erwin

QuestionNeed a phone for Italy with an Italian SIM card. Italy seems to use GMS 900 and 1800 frequencies & 2100 MHz for its 4G LTE network. Will this, or some other Moto, support those frequencies & is the Nano SIM card size compatable with Italian SIM cards?

Here are the phone's bands: GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz CDMA 850 WCDMA 850/900/1700/1900/2100 MHz CDMA 1900/850+ LTE TDD Band 38/41 FDD Band 1/2/4/5/7/8/12/13/17/25/26/66 I suggest contacting your carrier if they support this phone on their service. -Jess
