• You would be safer getting the International Version instead of the U.S. Version. It is available in the U.S. but it seems to be more difficult to get the International Version. All the stores seem to prefer selling the U.S. Version.

• No, this is not a 4G device. It is GSM Unlocked, but keep in mind that the warranty will be a US warranty.
