- Answer Hello, It should work as it is stated on Consumer Cellular that they use SIM cards which is a GSM type of cell network compared to CDMA (Verizon). You will have to make sure they give you the correct size sim, there are 3 sizes , Mini, Micro and Nano. I believe the phone uses Micro but do make sure!

QuestionSkype/Whatsapp/Viber calls not ringing when Moto G 3rd generation phone is idle/lockedHi, My phone is not ringing when i get a call from any of the apps like Skype/Whatsapp/Viber. when i unlock the screen, it display as missed calls from these apps. When the phone screen is not locked , its ringing when i get a call from the the above apps. Please let me know if any issue with this model or any software issue. I have reset the phone to factory setting and reinstalled the apps still not working.

- Answer Sounds like an issue with permissions. Possible that one of these apps are adjusting the audio settings. When you processed a factory data reset on the phone and brought your apps back, it most likely has the same issue. I would recommend going to your apps and changing the permissions.
