• Yes, I just did it yesterday using their BYOP sim kit. I used a CDMA sim so am on Verizon towers. The GSM sim is also included so just use the sim that works best for your area. Everything is done online and my minutes, data and texts all transfered over from my old phone in just a few minutes. Installed the Tracfone app so I can keep track of all my minutes and works great.

• This is true. I just got off chat with straight talk. Tracfone and straight talk are same company but straight talk has more plans. I have a tracfone with straight talk sim card, samsung pixie charm. I bought as the combo box from walmart. The woman sd the straight talk sim card i have from the combo will not work with the unlocked. But to buy the .99 activation sim card on their site. And then just transfer everything. Phone # will also be same as long as phone is still active.
