Is it true to shut off this phone you need to press the power button AND a volume key at the same time? I never heard of this and it certainly sounds awkward. null

This is true.  I believe the power button and volume up.  It’s strange but becomes natural fast.  I think my iPhone is the same so not all too odd….

I guarantee you it absolutely is awkward. One of the reasons I traded phones was to get rid of this irritating feature that despite over a year with it, I never got used to it. Neither did any other person I spoke to who dealt with this headache.
