A:AnswerHi, Roy. Thanks for your interest. This phone works in and outside the US but can't guarantee that all carrier features will work outside the US as this phone is a US variant and has a different band. I would suggest contacting your preferred service provider to see if this phone will work with their service. We do not encourage customers buying a phone from a different country as the warranty and compatibility are limited to where it was purchased. -Jhei

A:AnswerIf you buy the cellphone unlocked you can use it anywhere, as long as the cellphone's bands are compatible with the service providers in Colombia.

A:AnswerHi Mortolani, thanks for your interest. You can check more of carrier compatibilities here: https://www.motorola.com/us/carrier-compatibility. If the carrier is not listed, I suggest contacting them to find out if the phone will operate on their network. -Anne
A:AnswerFrom what I was told, the battery is "hard-wired" into the phone. Soldered. Yup. You're not taking it out anytime soon. Unless you're reeeeeeeeeeeally good with a soldering iron. So nope. The Best Buy gentleman I spoke with when buying the phone said it is not easily replaced. I still bought one. :-)
A:AnswerWith a few apps installed I have used only 4 of the 32 gb put most stuff on the sd card. But more is always better if the store had both in stock I would choose the 64 gb version just in case...
