This is an unlocked phone, which means it will work with any network that supports it. You'll have to ask TMobile if it's on their list - this phone worked for me under Straight Talk and Verizon Prepaid, but I had to ask them each individually. Good luck!

Yes, this phone supports Wi-Fi calling. It can be enabled in Settings---> More---> WiFi calling
