“How is the sound quality when placing, or receiving phone calls. Can you do wi fi calling. How is the quality of reception of this phone. Is build in antenna stronger than cheaper phones.( Less dropped phone calls ). I mostly need it for phone calls.”

Sound quality is good. I have no issues. And I use WhatsApp alot to make and receive calls
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I always turn on the speaker when talking as I'm a little hard of hearing. No problem hearing doing that. The phone automatically connects to my home wifi when I drive into the garage. Will also connect to open wifi when I'm out and about. I have as good or better reception with this phone than I had with a Samsung Note.

On the other hand, after migrating from cheaper ($50) phones, I did not notice a difference, which could just be me. Never have had a dropped call. But keep in mind both answers could be very dependent on your carrier and local cell coverage. In Los Angeles there are towers everywhere, which may not be true in your area.
