Hi Squiddy, Yes - the device is compatible with Consumer Cellular. You may refer to this link: https://www.motorola.com/us/carrier-compatibility. Also, I would suggest contacting them for further assistance. Thanks. -Anne
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it is compatible with Consumer Cellular. The SIM card is free. Simply create an account, choose the options of the plan you want, then it will take you to the phone selection page where you select your free SIM card.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it is. You must get the SIM card from Consumer if your old phone doesn't have the micro SIM from Consumer in it already. We got 2 new Moto G 5th gen from best buy & when the tech. started to move our SIM cards from our old Moto-G's, we learned the old cards were too large to fit into the new phones. The tech waited while we went across the mall to get the correct size new cards from a Consumer Cell vendor. They charged 10.00 ea. for the cards and went ahead & activated them while we were there. Consumer refunds the charges for the SIM(s) on the next billing cycle. The phones we bought from Best buy were on sale for 20.00 less ea. than buying direct from Consumer. Plus Best buy set them up and transferred contacts & info from our old phones in store while we waited, installed the screen protectors and cell phone cases for us. Good service.
