All I had to do was login to Google and everything transferred automatically, if you're not sure go on a computer and try figuring out your login and password to Google that way
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you are unable to get all the Samsung services that is offered. Just like how Motorola have its own apps. But if you backed up all your contacts via your android email, which is which ever google account you use to set up your previous phone, then sign in with that email and everything will be available to you again.

Once logged in you just need to access contacts, photos or drive. To get the files from your old device and transfer to G4, both device should still be turning on. Download a 3rd party file sharing app and you're good to go. Hope this helps. -Erwin
