• I believe that the Sprint HTC One has a micro SIM so NO, you need a nano SIM. (In desperate times, cutting of ones SIM is an option which is what I had to do.)

• It requires a Nano SIM card. Evidently there are different subtypes of this card so I'm not sure if your version will work.

• I would say yes. They took my T-Mobile SIM cut it with a knife and put it in the microSIM slot and it worked immediately for me
