“I got this phone at the Ocala store 6/7 months ago,I need to inquire as to the status if it was a refurbished model,if so it has failed re:volume etc.please either replace it with/same or fix this one.Thanks”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought mine brand new. And the volume and camera stink on these models. If I had known I would have bought a different one. For the money they cost it should at least have a good sound and camera. Good luck
