That was all I did. Move SIM card from old phone to new one and reinstall the apps. (Still working on that part.)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a lot of problems with Verizon getting this phone to activate. My previous phone did not have a SIM card, so I got one at a Verizon store (it was free). The employee there could get there phone to recognize that it was on the Verizon network, but couldn't get it to recognize that it was my phone. There store process took about 30 minutes and then I spent another almost hour on the phone with customer service. They did get it to work. Verizon makes it very hard for you to get a phone anywhere but through them. Be prepared to have Verizon tell you it won't work; as long as you bought a universally unlocked phone that works on CDMA it will.
