• This phone did come new and in original packaging. I would imagine it has a warranty with Motorola, but I am not certain.

• Yes, this is a new, unused phone in a unopened box. I believe it comes with a standard warranty and you Can purchase an additional warranty also.

• Hi Kelly, This phone is brand new and has a 1-year warranty from Motorola. Cosmetic, physical and liquid damage is not covered under warranty. -Jess
