QuestionThis phone has one SIM card slot, but can the device operate two phone carriers simultaneously? e.g. Verizon (CDMA-no SIM card) and AT&A (GMS+SIM card). Can I switch the service back and forth without inserting and withdrawing the SIM card?

- Answer The difference is G5 S Plus has a different camera system with dual lens (stereo) camera. Moto G Plus (5th Gen) has a conventional single lens system like most other cell phone. 64GB native memory version is available in both models as are other versions with less memory capacity. Personally, I would try to get the most native memory capacity available that you can afford vs adding capacity via Micro-SD later, especially if you tend to use a whole lot of apps. Most phones will noticeably slow down or become unreliable as you near the max capacity of native memory. In most cases, adding memory via Micro-SD will not fix this problem and only thing that will help is to clean out the extra apps that you don't immediately need.

QuestionHow do I know if the phone is actually using HD voice? I have AT&T.

- Answer From what AT&T explained, if LTE stays on the screen next to the cellular signal icon at the top of your screen, then it's using HD voice, which requires the LTE data. It is not HD voice if it changes to 4G. You'll need to also check with AT&T to see if it is available in your area. As of right now, Gotham City (Ok, the St. Louis, Missouri area,) does not have HD voice available. Make sure you have LTE cellular data on for both calls and data to ensure you're getting HD quality. If you find you're getting dropped calls, or calls that sound funny, you probably don't have HD calling available and turning LTE data off for calls will improve these conditions.

- Answer I think it should work. Because I sent moto g 2nd generation to out of U.S. for my mom and it worked over there and still working. It should work as far as I am concerned.

- Answer I get about 2 days of normal usage out of my g5, my note 4 got 1 day and the battery showed no prob for 2.5 years so i suspect maybe 3 to 3.5 years before it start deteriorating. that's just a swag though (scientific wild a__ guess).

- Answer Hi phonebuddy, thanks for your interest. Currently, the available devices that are possible to wirelessly charge are the Moto Z line. The device by itself doesn't wirelessly charge but if a Mod is attached it is possible.
