A:AnswerCould be defective if it's just shutting off. Reboot it, then check for updates manually to see if there are any bug updates. (Settings - About phone - software updates). If it's still doing it, it may be defective. The battery is the best thing about this model - last a long time. If yours is draining that fast, maybe there's a rogue app running in the background. Close all background apps. Reboot. If it keeps doing it, go to the battery area in Android (settings) and maybe it can tell you what's using so much of it. Turn off stuff you really don't need notifications for, too.
A:AnswerI purchased this phone and use it often in France and Israel. The products offered in Europe are often different than in the US and have different model numbers making it difficult to compare products without carefully comparing the specs. However, generally you will almost always get more for your money when purchasing in the US.
A:AnswerI saw that too and keeped watching and checking each day and when I saw it drop again I grabbed it. Check it online on a PC and not your phone because every time I checked on my phone I never saw the price drop.I never feel safe doing any purchases from my phone anyway. Keep checking each day online from a PC and I also had it shipped because it seem to have price changes at different stores? Great Phone and I wouldn't complain if I had paid full price. I have spent a lot more on high dollar junks.
A:AnswerHi Bruno,
I am using this phone in and around Vancouver on Rogers with no problems - both on LTE and HSPA+. So far, it's been a great phone.

A:AnswerHi Mary,
Thanks for your interest! Moto G5 Plus is universally unlocked and supposed to work with all major U.S. networks.
If you are referring to your data files, I would suggest syncing your device with your Google account so once you log in on your new phone, it would have the data saved on your old phone to your new phone.
But if you are referring to your Data service, I suggest contacting your Carrier to check if your data service can be transferred to your new phone and if it would cost you anything. Thanks!

A:AnswerNot sure about just talk time, but battery life is super on the Moto G5. With mixed usage of video, audio, talking and lots of location services I usually end up with 40-50% battery left at the end of the day. Only downside I have noticed is the camera is not great. Coming from a Galaxy S5 it was a step down, but its faster and it does what I need it to do. Great value.
A:AnswerNot exactly, because when you buy or pick up at the store, you pay tax sales. These tax sales are different for each state. So you have to look for the tax sales in Orlando and then make the calculations over the price you see online.
A:AnswerVerizon didn't use to use sim cards but the Motorola phones sometimes have a place for dual sim cards. The USA version can only accept 1 sim and an SD card on the reverse side of the sim drawer. You probably could carry the sim card with you and exchange it for the one you use in the States, or buy one local. I put a Verizon sim from Tracfone in my phone to access Verizon. I didn't need a sim on a Moto E from Tracfone to get Verizon, it was built in.
