Q: QuestionWhat SIM card is best for this phone

• A:Answer I found the same sim card on sale in different places for different prices. The max size is what the phone spec calls for. Personal Preference is SanDisk cards. I have never had a problem with any SanDisk card in any device including using the micro card adapter to interface devices using full size sim cards. Hope that helps!

Q: QuestionI purchased my Moto G Power about 70 days ago. I like the phone but have noticed a significant degradation in the battery as it now lasts barely one day with very limited use. In the first 60 days the battery lasted closer to 3 days. HELP!!!

• A:Answer Hi Motorola customer service, As a moto user I have bad experience with my (Moto X Pure Edition) last 4 years, After one year Motorola sent me a refurbished sell phone that was in 2017, Couple months later the heating issue showing up again, Drain battery quick, Long time to charge and high heating with any task. That's why I'm asking, The normal heating is acceptable but abnormal heating is not.

• A:Answer This phone has weight to it. More than the A50 I use at work. As for rugged, no real cell phone other than the Panasonic Toughbook series will take a beating. If you are looking for the toughness of Nextel phones of the day, then no. It is not. Screen Glass damage always a threat. Always protect your phone like you would, say your car, or something of worth you have. Otter it.

Q: QuestionI have a Noika that uses a micro SIM card. I see the Moto G Power takes a nano SIM card. Will I need a new SIM card with ATT as my carrier?

• A:Answer My old phone used the Micro SIM card (the middle size of the three). That particular card (and I assume most are similar) was 3-in-1 ... a nano embedded in a micro embedded in a full size. To use the smaller sizes, you (carefully) break off the surrounding plastic and volia - you have a smaller card! The design of the card has to support that - you'll see lines outlining the smaller card if it does. That process worked for me, and I just put the old card in the new phone and was good to go. If it doesn't work, you just get a new card.
