A:AnswerI normally wait until it's dead or almost dead before I charge it, and it doesn't take long to charge with a lightening charger, my battery lasts at least 24 hours so I normally plug it in when I go to bed and when it's charged I unplug it (I'm also a light sleeper so I know when it's complete.)

A:AnswerYes, this phone is unlocked and global CDMA and GSM enabled. The description/details/specifications lists all the CDMA and GSM channels the phone supports if you are worried about it working in a particular country. Just check which channels are used in the country you're interested in and then check list to be sure.
A:AnswerYes, Tobo. The device is compatible with Republic Wireless. See this link to see all compatible carriers: https://www.motorola.com/us/carrier-compatibility. -Jess
A:AnswerDepends on the carrier. I bought a simple mobile sim card for $1 and paid for the plan I chose. When I had tmobile I paid $10 for the sim then the price of the plan. Just buying the sim doesn't give you service you can buy a sim card but you still have to purchase a plan. You can still use the phone on wifi without either but you're bound to internet access unless you use offline apps.
A:AnswerHi Liz, thanks for your interest. This device has been tested and carrier-certified to work with Sprint. However, you may have to get a new SIM card to work with this phone. We suggest contacting your carrier to get a new one. - Mike
A:AnswerIN GENERAL - you can order the phone off the website (for the stated price) and
then specify "Store Pick Up".
If your nearest store has the phone in stock, you'd be able to pick it up in a matter of hours.
I don't work for Best Buy so cannot commit them to anything, but that's what I did.
Nothing stops you from shopping in the store to check things out,
and then doing the above if the prices are different, or just buying on
the spot if they are the same.
Even if there is a discrepancy, they might give you the lower price in the store anyway -
but that's up to them.
